Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized PMO Analyst/Manager to join the Transformation and Projects Team. This is a unique opportunity to support a growing consultancy that works across multiple high-impact initiatives. You will play a vital role in governance, coordination, reporting, and ensuring effective adoption of technology solutions across the organization.

Job Description:
- Establish a unified PMO hub that integrates tech, implementation, and project management functions.
- Serve as the central coordination point for transformation activity.
- Support transformation project managers with scheduling, task tracking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize documentation, registers, and project records.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for SharePoint and Notion; standardize infrastructure use.
- Organize document repositories and manage project archives.
- Collect internal feedback and assist in running tech reviews and demos.
- Track technology usage and adoption across client accounts for monitoring and billing purposes.
- Build expertise in the internal tech stack and support team enablement and adoption.
- Assist in marketing-related initiatives (e.g., LinkedIn content, Metaview interviews).
- Create and update project plans and dashboards.
- Ensure projects follow standard PMO processes and templates.
- Assist with process mapping, task management, and project tracking.
- Provide admin support to the PMO and delivery teams, including software rollout and data compliance.
- Manage internal tech licenses and coordinate reporting for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a project or business support role
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and structuring environments
- High attention to detail and process
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Lucidchart, Kanban)
- Understanding of basic project frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile)
- Ability to run client-facing tech demos or create training videos
