We’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation AI platform powering digital sales agents. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys end-to-end ownership, and wants to build high-impact features that ship fast and scale well.

You’ll be responsible for developing both frontend and backend components using modern technologies like Next.js, TypeScript, React, and SQL. You'll work closely with a small, high-performing team to solve real customer problems, make key technical decisions, and contribute directly to the product’s evolution. • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features from concept to production using modern web technologies.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend APIs and services, with a focus on data consistency and reliability.
• Implement responsive and intuitive front-end components using React and Next.js, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
• Take ownership of projects, including technical planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the stack, especially in scaling systems for growing customer demand.
• Participate in regular code reviews and contribute to evolving team best practices.
• Ship features frequently and incrementally, aligning with the team’s emphasis on product velocity and continuous delivery.

• Proficiency in Next.js with a strong grasp of the App Router architecture.
• Solid experience with TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Proven ability to develop scalable, maintainable software systems.
• Strong understanding of modern engineering practices, including testing, version control, and CI/CD.
• Experience with full lifecycle product development — from planning to deployment and maintenance.

• Prior experience working in early-stage startups or high-growth environments.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation-driven products.
• Background in building 0 to 1 product features.
• Comfort working in lean teams with end-to-end ownership over technical solutions.
