Earn a 5% commission on the total monthly revenue paid by the client for each developer they hire through your referral.
Average monthly salary ranges between $4000 to $10,000.
If a client pays $6,000 monthly for a developer, your commission is $300 per month for that developer.
More developers, more commission!
Suppose your referred client hires 5 developers, each at $6,000 per month. Your monthly commission would be $1,500 (5% of $30,000 total).
Commissions are paid monthly, 3-5 days after the client's salary payout.
