You only start paying once we successfully place a developer with you. We charge a simple monthly fee per person placed. That fee covers everything—there are no upfront placement costs, no hidden extras, and no long-term lock-in contracts.

Is there a minimum commitment?

When you first partner with Cloud Employee, we ask for a three-month commitment—not to an individual, but to working with us. This gives us time to ensure the right fit and replace a developer if needed. We also offer a two-week money-back guarantee for peace of mind. After those first three months, all future hires are on a simple one-month notice period.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. Everything is included in one standard monthly cost—no surprises.

What happens if my hire isn’t the right fit?

We’ll replace them quickly at no additional cost. Our sourcing process continues until you have the right person in your team.

How quickly can you scale my team if needed?
