We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with DevOps experience to join their growing team. This role involves designing and developing backend services, managing cloud infrastructure, and handling deployments in a high-impact production environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring system security, scalability, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop backend services using Python and Django.
• Build and maintain APIs to support front-end applications and third-party integrations.
• Manage infrastructure using Terraform and cloud services (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment.
• Ensure system security and reliability through monitoring and best DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and stakeholders to deliver seamless functionality.
• Contribute to backend development while handling deployments and production environments.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth and secure access to production systems.

• 4+ years of backend development experience with Python and Django.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud).
• Proficiency in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

• Experience with additional backend frameworks beyond Django.
• Exposure to Kubernetes or containerization technologies.
• Prior experience in a startup or agile development environment.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with front-end teams and stakeholders.
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and optimize backend and infrastructure solutions.
• Proactiveness in improving system security, reliability, and deployment processes.
