Role Overview:
We are seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Back-End Administrator to manage and configure customer environments within Umbraco-based platform. This role involves setting up room configurations, applying pricing structures, and handling customer management tasks.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy, capable of handling administrative back-end tasks efficiently while working closely with the 3D team and housebuilders.

Job Description:
- Manage the Umbraco-based back-end system, configuring house scenes, room setups, and pricing structures.
- Create tileable textures using Photoshop and apply them to the platform.
- Handle customer support requests, assisting with troubleshooting and general system management.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and property details for housebuilders.
- Maintain data integrity across multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with the 3D team to ensure seamless integration of assets.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Umbraco or similar CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in Photoshop for creating and editing textures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently.
- Experience handling customer management tasks.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, handling evolving responsibilities.
Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in administrative roles within a tech or real estate environment.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for content management.
- Prior experience with pricing data management or financial record-keeping.
