We are seeking a Data Scientist to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in designing and implementing advanced data solutions. This role involves developing machine learning models, optimizing data infrastructure, and mentoring junior team members while staying ahead of industry trends. The ideal candidate will work independently, engage with clients, and contribute to solving business challenges using data-driven methodologies.

• Understand and analyze client business requirements to design effective data solutions.
• Develop and optimize data models for reporting and analytics.
• Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into production environments.
• Perform statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business challenges through data-driven solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering technical growth.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance processes.

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or machine learning, delivering end-to-end data solutions.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and feature engineering.
• Strong experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production.
• Proficiency in supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., regression analysis, tree-based models, neural networks).
• Hands-on experience with ML libraries such as scikit-learn and TensorFlow.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience with Pandas, Numpy, and matplotlib.
• Experience with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake and Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with modern data stack tools (e.g., Fivetran, dbt).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS.
• Familiarity with additional machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Experience with automation tools for data pipelines and workflows.
