We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Drupal Developer to take a leading role in developing and maintaining robust Drupal-based web solutions. This role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and solution architecture while ensuring best practices and high-quality code. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and technical innovation.

• Lead the technical development of Drupal projects, defining site architecture and technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and document scalable, accessible, and high-performing Drupal-based solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintain code quality.
• Mentor and support junior developers, fostering knowledge-sharing and skill development.
• Resolve complex technical issues and roadblocks, ensuring timely project progress.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful projects.
• Stay current with Drupal and web development trends and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain and oversee technical documentation, ensuring accessible project knowledge.

• Expertise in Drupal development, including Drupal 8, 9, and 10.
• Strong experience designing complex web and headless Drupal solutions.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to guide and support other developers.
• Experience with automated testing tools like PHPUnit and Selenium.
• Strong version control knowledge, particularly Git, and familiarity with CI tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality code.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering high-standard work.

• Drupal certification (e.g., Acquia Certified Developer).
• Experience with providing case studies and contributing to business development content.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
