As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing our platform while ensuring clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Your expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6), Next.js, and AWS will drive the architecture and implementation of new features. You will lead the migration of our platform, repositories, hosting, and APIs, collaborating closely with senior developers, the CTO, product managers, and designers.

• Join as part of the Product Software Team during the transition to an internal development team focused on feature development and MVP enhancement.
• Contribute to building and improving new features.
• Collaborate with senior and mid-level developers, the CTO, product management lead, and UI/UX designers.
• Develop new features and manage mid-level developers to ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code delivery.
• Lead the initial migration of the platform, Git repository, hosting, backlog, APIs, and technology stack to internal accounts.
• Oversee software development, ensuring clean code delivery aligned with product requirements and managing backlog prioritization.
• Manage mid-level developers' activities and workload, including code reviews and approvals.

• 6+ years of experience as a Developer or in a similar role.
• Passionate about development with a strong focus on user experience.
• Self-sufficient in managing workload, prioritizing backlogs, and engaging with stakeholders.
• Expertise in React, Node.js, JavaScript (ES6), and data connections/APIs for data processing/analysis.
• Proficient in Git version control and API creation/use.
• Strong experience in HTML5, CSS3, and data architectures using AWS tools.
• Familiarity with SASS or similar CSS preprocessors.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js.
• Skilled in building responsive, cross-browser, and cross-device web applications.

• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience using product management tools like Trello, Jira, or Asana.
• Knowledge of Figma for UI/UX collaboration.
