To write clean code, we have to realize that our audience is not merely a computer they are real-life humans!

Here are some good reasons to keep your code clean:
Technical debt can be helpful when properly understood in context, but excessive technical debt is depressing.
Ignoring or writing sloppy code will result in more technical debt.
Historically, you'll have less time to fix it later.
So why not do it right from the start?
You'll likely gain more job satisfaction from the quality of your work than from the quantity.
