We make sure our remote developers feel connected to the wider company culture by having programs in place to help our remote team feel plugged in and part of the crew.
First off, we regularly check in with them - not just on the technical stuff, but also to catch up on how they’re doing personally.
We also host training sessions, where our developers get to take the spotlight and share their experiences with the rest of the team.
And of course, we love a good get-together, whether it’s virtual or in person. From monthly international events to epic year-end parties, we keep the good vibes going.
After all, we believe remote can still mean connected.
