Founded For A Reason
My brother Jake and I had founded an e-commerce business and discovered a major challenge: hiring developers in the US and UK was tough.
Freelancer sites for one-off tasks were OK, but not inspiring, and finding full-time, committed employees was like looking for a needle in a haystack. Retention was poor, the time costs were outrageous, and local talent was ultimately disappointing.
We quickly realized that we had to look outside of the UK and US for the skills we needed, and soon discovered that the Philippines was a perfect fit.
This understanding, and our mission to widen access to incredible international talent, has guided us for more than 10 years.
Since starting in 2013, we now employ over 400 people, have launched in Latin America, and are helping businesses just like yours to get the talent they need to grow.
