It’s on a rolling basis. Most people that come to us are looking for full-time, long-term engagements. But things change - businesses sometimes need to scale down.
When that happens, we already have great engineers who’ve proven themselves. We can place them with other clients. That works really well.
We have a lot of private equity-backed companies come to us, often pre-IPO. Sometimes they need to scale down after layoffs. But then we have this pool of excellent engineers who’ve done a great job, and we can redeploy them into other successful companies we work with.
