How It Works
Three phases. One goal: future-ready skills that deliver real value.
Phase 1: Awareness & Literacy
For team members new to AI or ready to strengthen their foundation. Courses cover AI fundamentals, ethics, and real-world use cases - from beginner to advanced. Participants get curated resources and guided pathways to build relevant, practical knowledge they can immediately apply in context.
Phase 2: Maximising Tools & Applications
Focused on using AI-powered tools for productivity, automation, content creation, and collaboration. Developers get hands-on with essential applications - including our Suggested AI Apps Directory - to build applicable, project-ready AI competence.
Phase 3: Integration & Innovation
For those ready to go beyond usage into building, integrating, and deploying AI. This phase challenges participants to apply their new skills to software projects, organisational programs, and business improvement initiatives. Through activities and gamified challenges, they solve real-world problems with AI-driven solutions.
