A referral is successful when the business you introduce signs on with Cloud Employee and makes their first hire with us. Rewards are only paid for qualified referrals that result in successful engagements where a new hire was made.
Of course! A quick LinkedIn message or short intro email is more than enough, as long as we know the lead came from you. Please remember that the referral must be new to Cloud Employee (not already in our pipeline).
In that case, the reward goes to whoever made the first verified introduction. Only one reward is given per referral company, regardless of the number of developers hired.
