How is Cloud Employee different from outsourcing firms?

Unlike agencies or BPOs, our engineers don’t sit on shared benches. We source specifically for your role, embed them in your team, and retain them long-term.

How fast can I hire a developer?

Most clients see vetted profiles within 5–10 days. You choose from 2–3 matched candidates, ready to start as soon as you give the green light.

Do developers work only for us?

Yes. Every engineer is full-time, dedicated, and works exclusively within your team — no context-switching or juggling other clients.

What if a developer doesn’t work out?

We’ll quickly replace them at no extra cost. Our retention focus means churn is rare, but we have your back if it happens.

How flexible is the contract?
Where are your developers based?

Typically for UK clients, engineers are in the Philippines - for US clients, engineers are in LATAM. However we also provide engineers from Europe and elsewhere, and all locations are open to all clients if you are scaling, offering you strong cultural fit and overlapping working hours no matter where you are based.
