Cloud Employee is a registered business in the Philippines. We have a full IT department that covers all aspects such as equipment, IT security, and internet.
We have an office in the central business area of Manila, where developers can go if there are issues such as electricity or internet outages.
Whereas with freelancers, you have no guarantees - you wouldn’t know where they are or what they’re doing.
We also have a whole team of Client Services Managers, based in the UK, who can support our clients on a day-to-day basis.
They conduct regular feedback sessions with clients on how their developers are doing, provide suggestions for improvements, and support them as needed.
If there are any issues, we have our CTO, Enzo, who can help and support clients’ developers from a technical perspective.
