Cloud Employee, we heavily invest in the well-being of our clients’ developers, so they don’t feel like they’re just working remotely all alone. Every quarter, we have parties and family days, which give our developers a chance to meet other developers outside of their homes.
You know, because nowadays it’s really hard working from home on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday.
We also have a Slack community where developers have access to other developers. So let’s say a React developer was stuck on something, they can just communicate with other React developers in Cloud Employee to ask for help and support each other.
