So last year, we had a 97% retention rate, which is insane for a business like ours. We have worked really hard to build such an incredible culture, and we invest heavily back into a range of different things.

In our HR team, there are several departments. You’ve got the Engagement Team, and then you have the Health and Wellness Team as well - covering both mental and physical wellness.

We also give all of our developers a $1,000 learning budget every year, which increases as time goes by.

On the engagement side, we do in-person meetups and online meetups. Our Engagement Manager is absolutely excellent -she gets everyone involved. So, yeah, there’s just so much going on.

Another part of the HR team collects feedback from the developers to see how they’re doing. Our fantastic Client Success Managers also feed that back.

So there’s always a clear line of communication between the developers, HR, Client Success Managers, and the clients. This creates a truly open and happy culture.
