I’ve worked with software companies, e-commerce companies, sales and marketing firms, and other outsourced companies. We meet regularly to review the status of everyone enrolled in a learning plan, and those who aren’t. We check with each other: how is this person doing? What challenges are they facing? What feedback do they have? And then we coach them. You rarely see that in other organizations.
