Cloud Employee’s hiring engine is quite different from the usual recruitment process because we have a lot of dedicated steps in place.
In the first instance, we chat with our clients to build what we call a “hiring blueprint.” We create this with our clients in mind - not just the type of skills they’re looking for, but also the type of person, their work environment, and other important factors.
Our local team, in whichever country it is, then goes out and headhunts specifically. About 10% of developers may actually apply, but a lot more are open to opportunities - so we search for people specifically based on the job description.
After that, there are coding game assessments, as well as pair programming with our technical advisors.
Your account manager in the local country - whether that’s the US, the UK, or elsewhere - oversees the entire process.
At the end of it, we don’t give you a pile of CVs to sort through. We give you two, and we’re about 95% sure they’ll be the right match.
